Shipping policy
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Canada): 5–10 business days — Free on orders over $100 CAD
- Express Shipping (Canada): 2–4 business days — Calculated at checkout
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days — Calculated at checkout
3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
4. Customs & Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. UrbanDrip is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. UrbanDrip is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
